This year started with a trip to Steamboat Springs, then an awesome 4th of July in Destin, an incredible wedding in Kauai, and then a crazy bachelorette in Napa.
This year we welcomed a new brother-in-law, Nicholas, a new baby cousin, Carter (born on Tristan's birthday), and ended with a new Godfather for Tristan, Drew.
This year my best friend got married!! My beautiful sister got pregnant!! And my second born celebrated her first birthday!!
This year we were given the gift of a second chance with Belle. One in which we intend to make the most of.
This year my aunt finished her second round of chemo and if God willing, her last.
This year I have enjoyed spending extra time with my 87 year old Grandmother, listening to stories of her past and watching Tristan play with her. Olive actually let her read to her. I am thankful for that.
This year I am thankful for my parents, who are healthy and strong, and who love each other and teach their children the importance of putting each other first.
And this year I took a risk on myself and left my real estate company to start a new venture with a group of fantastic realtors in the Austin Luxury Real Estate market. I look forward to an amazing and profitable 2012.
May 2012 be as amazing and memorable as 2011 and may God bestow his blessings upon us.
